How do I care for my piece?

For the best care, prevent your piece from contact with chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, lotions, etc. which could potentially alter its look. Gold is a soft metal and should be worn with care. When you are not wearing your coin, store it individually in the pouch and box received at the time of purchase.  Please wear and love your beautiful new treasure.

The Stellina Josephine customer care is available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.

How does my piece come packaged?

Each piece comes packaged in a microfiber pouch with a divider and snap button closure. The divider helps to separate the chain from the pendant, reducing knots and tangles. Pouches are then placed in paper box drawers with the Stellina Josephine x Barry’s logo foil stamped in gold. 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. All orders in Canada will be shipped expedited via Canada Post. 

For orders to the U.S, there is a flat rate of $35 via Canada Post, we also offer FedEx Priority Overnight for a flat rate of $77 or FedEx Priority for $63. 

Please note that international orders are susceptible to duty and/or local taxes. Please check with your customs office to verify the duties on fine jewellery. 

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Log onto www.fedex.ca or www.canadapost.ca to use your tracking code to follow your parcel.

Are your capsule collections available in person?

Yes! You can view and purchase most of our products at Barry Jewellers in Burlington. From time to time our pieces may be available in other local shoppes; be sure to follow us on Instagram for more details!

If I live locally, can I pick up my order?

Please do! When placing an order, please set the shipping address at checkout to Barry’s Jewellers store location and add a note to your order that you will be picking up in store. We will be in touch directly to set up an appointment for you to pick up your new piece in person.

What is a capsule collection?

Our capsule collections are thoughtfully selected and released in limited quantities. Each piece is unique and one of a kind, and once spoken for, it’s gone. Not to worry, we are busy curating and designing our next capsule collections and will notify you with release dates.

How often will capsule collections be released? 

Due to the rarity of authentic, antique coins, and the nature in which we collect and design them, capsule collections are released at various times in small-batch capsules.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Custom collaborations may be available upon request. Kindly note that all agreed upon custom works are made to order, and by hand with production times up to 8 weeks.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these pieces, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on products.
